Just got home from set-up at St. Monica, & all systems are "GO"!!! See you tomorrow morning... oops I guess it's really later today =)

SCHEDULE UPDATE

Track setup begins at 6:00pm Friday 03/18, & early check-in will open at 7:00pm Friday... see the SCHEDULE page for more info.

It won't be long now!

We are making some final adjustments to room layouts & such, but everything is ready to go. We'll be on-site Friday night setting up the tracks, so early check-in will be available Friday night... time to be announced very soon. The derby will be held in the Family Center small gymnasium, & the entrance is just above the Family Center "arrow" in the lower right corner of this map. Email us if you have any last minute questions.

RULE CLARIFICATION

A very sharp Cub Leader has posed a question that we never considered, & the answer is: All North District Webelos bridging into Boy Scouts before the district derby are still eligible to race as Cub Scouts, providing their cars meet all other official rules/specifications.

REGISTRATION UPDATE

It's time to sign up for the North District Pinewood Derby, to be held on March 19, at St. Monica Catholic Church in Dallas.  Online registration is thru the Circle 10 Campmaster system.

Registration deadline for all races is midnight, Tuesday, March 8th.
Volunteer deadline for all races is midnight, Tuesday, March 1st.

PLEASE REGISTER NOW - NO RACE DAY WALK-IN REGISTRATIONS ALLOWED!!!

You may also register in person at Cub Scout Roundtable on February 8th, & March 8th, or at the Circle 10 service center on Harry Hines. In-person registration must be be accompanied by the official Registration Form.
Online Volunteer Registration will open soon, or you can register in person using this official Volunteer Form.
