You can avoid the long check-in line on Saturday morning by coming to early check-in on Friday night at 7:00pm. Webelos 2 will begin racing at 9:00am Saturday morning, so don't be late. Check out the SCHEDULE page for details.

REGISTRATION EXTENDED / CAR SHOW CANCELED
Registration has been extended one last time, to Sunday March 25th. Online registration is the easiest way to get it done. If you can't register online, email us & we'll try to make other arrangements. We will be posting the final schedule on Monday March 26th... please check here for updates.
Sadly, we have to cancel the "Car Show" portion of the derby due to a lack of participation, but we will try again next year.

REGISTRATION EXTENDED
Online registration has been extended until midnight, Friday, March 23rd. If you have problems registering thru campmaster, check your profile to make sure you are listed as a member of both North, & North Star District, plus your current unit. CAR SHOW
Scouts, did you make an awesomely cool pinewood derby car this year? Do you want to show it off in front of the entire North Star District? If so, be sure to register for the inaugural North Star District Derby Car Show. The cost is only $5 and we'll have trophies for different categories such as the "Blue and Gold Award" for best Scout theme, the "Lone Star Award" for best Texas theme, or maybe you'll take home the coveted "Best of Show" instead.

It's Derby Time Again!
The website has been updated with all the new info, & we are working on the online registration page. There are 3 major changes this year:
1. We are NOT racing during Spring Break, so attendance should be up quite a bit.
2. Our new venue is smaller than last year's, but it's much closer to home for most of us.
3. We did away with the separate Open/Champions classes, so every Cub Scout has a shot at the District Championship trophy.
The rules regarding car design are the same as last year. There is a PDF version on the "RULES" page, so you can make sure your pack has a copy.
